Matapalo

Casa Osa Marmaris is a sumptuous beachfront home overlooking  Backwash Bay in Matapalo.  Built in 2009, it is the most luxurious of the homes on the vacation rental market in Matapalo.  The eco-friendly complex includes one master bungalow with a king sized bed, and two double-bed bungalows.  There is one additional bedroom with a king-sized sofa bed.  So, the occupancy in beds is eight, but there is also plenty of expansion room on foamies as needed.  The house is fully solar powered and includes a fully stocked and expansive kitchen, linens, cookware.  The house sits right on the beach near Backwash Bay, one of three world class surf breaks for which Matapalo is world renowned.  A wide variety of wildlife including four species of monkeys visit the property daily, and a wealth of adventure is within walking distance, including extreme sports (tree climbing and waterfall rapelling), surfing and surf lessons, bird watching, sport fishing, horseback riding, canopy, kayak, and a variety of others.  The home enjoys a full time caretaker and light housekeeping is included in the daily rate.  Food preparation is available upon request for $30 per day, food not included.  The home is best enjoyed with a rental car to be able to fully explore the area and take runs into town as desired, but taxi service is also available for those preferring not to rent a car.  The home does not have Internet, but we can provide Internet datacards for $25 additional per day.  Also, there is wireless Internet at nearby Encanta La Vida.  Rates are given below.  For availability information or to reserve either write me or fill out the inquiry form below.
