Casa Arenosa is a sprawling two-story beachfront residence next to Pan Dulce beach and surf break and also near Backwash Bay.  The two-bedroom home sleeps six comfortably and has a swimming pool, solar power, a fully stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area/bar, and is steps from the beach.  Rentals are $250 double occupancy from December through August, $200 per night double occupancy from September through November.  The nightly fee for each additional person is $25.  Holiday pricing is $3500 per week, seven day minimum for the Christmas/New Year season.  Reservations confirmation is by prepayment in full only.
